Ordering Information

 

          Orders:  May be placed on-line via our hosts' secure ordering system NetPlus Catalog, by phone, by mail with our order form (see below), or even via email.

Methods of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks or Money Orders. Please provide the three digit number on the back of your card in the Comments Section when ordering.

Privacy Statement:  We guarantee our customer's confidentiality.  No private information provided by our customers to us is shared with anyone else for any reason.  

Shipping Information Needed:  We ship via US Priority package insured.  Please provide us with any post office box or the address you receive your USPS mail to. 

Order Form: We have an order form (click here) for anyone who wishes to mail or fax us an order.  Please keep in mind that we can't remove the items from inventory until the order is received. You may always place your order by phone for quicker service.  The sale of all items of original hardware is subject to prior sale. 

Shipping Chart:  Shipping charges (click here) are for the U.S. only.  Shipping charge adjustments will be made for shipping outside the U.S.  Notification of shipping adjustments will be sent to you via email and pending your approval before shipping.

Sales Tax: Pennsylvania customers will be invoiced Pennsylvania State Sales Tax, unless a valid tax exemption certificate is furnished.

Order Confirmation: 
All orders placed over the internet via NetPlus Catalog will be personally acknowledged by e-mail from Ed Donaldson Hardware Restorations.  The e-mail will contain confirmation that the items ordered are available, the anticipated ship date, and the method of shipping.  This is not the same confirmation received automatically from NetPlus Catalog upon completion of your order.  Shipments are usually made within 48 hours of the order.

Returns: Returns are accepted for thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice. Item must be returned in the same condition and completeness as when it was received.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All items are original items of hardware that are no longer manufactured in their original form. We add replacement parts to return an item to working order. Every item is subject to prior sale.

Catalog: All of the items on our web site are original antique hardware. These items sell so quickly that a hard catalog isn't feasible.  The website is our catalog.
