Heavy ornate cast brass entry mortise lock, manufactured by the P. & F. Corbin Co, circa 1895.  Exterior escutcheon plate measures 12 3/4" x 3 1/2" while the interior features the knob, rosette, and dead bolt thumb turn with a rosette 1 3/16" dia. and extends 3/4" when mounted.  Exterior knob measures 3" x 1 3/4" which is larger than the interior at 2 3/4" x 1 1/2".  This was common in order to keep the exterior knob in balance with the large exterior escutcheons.  Accompanied by restored original cylinder mortise lock pictured below (see cylinderlock.htm), with plain face (9 1/8" x 1 1/4"), a plain brass strike and keyed cylinder with two keys.  This lock is not reversible and is right hand only.  Lock has a 3" backset.  Brass escutcheon plate and knobs are textured finish and restored - ready for installation - screws included.   Matching vestibule lock is Ref. 200-851 seen below.

Cast brass vestibule mortise lock matching in design the entry lock above, manufactured circa 1895, by P. & F. Corbin Co.  Textured surface brass escutcheon plate for the exterior measures 10 3/4" high x 2 3/4" wide.  Accompanied by restored mortise lock with keyed cylinder (see cylinderlock.htm).  This lock has buttons on the face that allows the exterior knob to be kept unlocked or locked .  When knobs are locked it is only accessible by using a key to enter. Two keys are included.  The interior trim is the door knob and the rosette.  The plain lock face is 7 3/8" x 1 1/4" and complete with brass strike.  This type of lock has no keyed deadbolt.  The lock is not reversible and is left hand only.  Lock has a 3" backset.  Brass is restored and lacquered - ready for installation - screws included.
