A very large brass entry rim lock with original brass stirrups, circa 1800.  Lock body measures 9" deep x 4 3/4" high x 1 1/16" without the keeper which is 1 1/4" wide. Non-reversible, left hand only.  Lock is restored and complete with early original brass stirrups (2 1/8" across - 1 3/4" drop)- Brass rosette and oval key escutcheon (2" x 1 1/2") are new replacements from our own shop.  This lock is in excellent condition with fine quality works - back view shown below.  Stirrups are presently spaced to fit a 1 7/8" door but will be modified to fit purchaser's own door thickness - please provide measurement in the Comment Section when ordering.  Lock offers a slide privacy bolt in addition to the keyed deadbolt located at the verey bottom and operated by a finger slide seen on the bottom edge of the lock body.  Restored and complete - an unusally large 9" early American entry rim lock.
