Cast iron Victorian horizontal rim locks which mount on the surface of the door, manufactured circa 1885. Set of 4 matching locks measure 3 1/4" high x 4 3/8" deep without the jamb keeper which is an additional 3/4". Locks are reversible, shown as left hand above and right hand below with original white porcelain door knobs. The night latch on the top edge of the locks allows the knobs to be locked for privacy without using the keyed deadbolt. Each lock is accompanied with original cast iron rosette, key escutcheon, and one key. Ready to install - complete with slotted screws. We will hand your locks as needed upon request - please include information in the Comments Section. Knobs can be changed to brown mineral upon request. Lock backset is 3 1/8" to knob center.
