Set of 4 cast bronze Railroad assenger car window latches.  These latches are handed and not reversible and the set consists of  2 left hand and 2 right hand complete with keepers not pictured.  Measuring 2 1/2" high x 1 3/4" wide.  These latches have one lever which is a stationary grip while the other lever pivots when squeezed and retracts the latch allowing passengers to open  or close the window.  Unique latches of early Americana Railroading.

Interior shutter catches, manufactured circa 1880, in ornate cast iron.  These latches were originally made as the catch for interior shutters, but can be adapted for use as a catch on any flush doors and are reversible.  When in closed position (shown below right) catch measures about 1 5/8" high x 2 1/2" across overall.  Shown above unlatched.  Each back member measures 1 5/8" high x 1 1/8" and the arm extends about 2 1/2".  Arm is detached from back member and each side has the finishing round rosette.  All is secured by the mount screw through all pieces at once.  Restored to natural iron finish and ready to install with the included screws.

New old stock cellar window sets by Lawrence Bros. mid-century.  Each set is comprised of one zinc plated steel items as follows:  one crescent style sash lock (2 1/2" x 15/16") with keeper (2 1/2" x 5/8"), one pair of butt hinges (2 1/2" x 1 3/4"), one 2 1/2" hook and eyes set, and all screws as pictured.  These sets were sold for cellar windows that were hinged.  Each set is packed in its original box.

Swing arm style sash locks with a patent date imprinted of  Dec. 27, 1887, in decorative cast iron.  Lock bases measure 2 1/4" wide x 1 3/8" deep without the keeper which takes 2 1/4" x 3/4" to mount.  The arm moves the swing catch into the keeper to lock and out of the keeper to unlock the sash.  Restored and complete - comes with slotted wood screws.

Decorative cast iron Victorian crescent style sash or window lock, circa 1885.  Lock measures 2 3/4 x 1" and the keeper requires 3/4" on the top sash to mount.  These locks pull the sashes together while locking the window.  Lock is cast iron with bronze swivel catch, restored and complete.

Stamped steel crescent style sash locks, circa 1950 - 60's, new old stock that have never been used.  Manufactured by National Mg. Co.  Lock base measures 2 1/2 x 1" and the keeper requires 3/4" on the top sash to mount.  These locks pull the sashes together while locking the window.  Locks are steel with original nickel finish in place.  Many are still wrapped in their original paper.  Photo is representative of all locks.
