Brass plated cast iron side sash locks, circa 1890, banjo style.  Measuring  approximately 2 3/8" to the tip of the arm x 1 1/2".  These fasteners were mounted on the window sash - the arm moves up and down and pushes the pressure plate in and out.  This pressure plate will hold the window closed or open in any position with pressure on the window sill.  In original finish and working order.

Swing arm Victorian era sash locks circa 1870, in cast iron.  Lock bases measure 1 1/2" diameter without the keeper which is 2 1/8" x 1/2" .  The swing arm (extending 1 1/8") pivots the raised side of the lock into and out of the keeper.  These sash locks are a bit different with the small half round pivot platform that is a separate piece - the lock body mounts onto the pivot platform to provide a separate base with a small stop incorporated that keeps the swing portion from turning the entire way around.  Later locks have these two parts designed into one piece.  Locks are not restored - remnants of the original early black finish is still intact on much of the surfaces.

Victorian decorative cast iron flush mount sash lifts, circa 1890, in original finish - new old stock never used.  These lifts were used on large wide windows needing more than one lift and were cut into the sash so they were flush when mounted.  They can also be used as flush mount pulls on sliding doors and can be used vertically or horizontally.  Pulls measure 3" x 1 1/2" high in horizontal positon as pictured above with the cutout required to mount at 1 3/8" x 7/8" x 5/8" deep.  Original finish shows some normal storage aging.
